This page is about lijnrecht.app itself: the details you leave when you book a demo, apply to become a partner or raise a support ticket. For the platform, the mobile app and the telephony service, the full privacy statement of AR ICT & Telecom B.V. applies; it is linked at the bottom.

Only what you type into a form yourself. There is not a single tracker on this site, so until you submit something we do not know who you are.
| Form | Data | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Book a demo | Name, e-mail address, organisation, which phone system, your message | Getting in touch and scheduling a demo | Taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract |
| Become a partner | Name, e-mail address, company name, your message | Scheduling an introductory conversation | Taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract |
| Support ticket | Name, e-mail address, organisation, phone number, subject, description, urgency | Handling your report and keeping you informed | Performance of the contract, or our legitimate interest in answering questions |
Every form contains a hidden field that only automated spam fills in. It serves purely to recognise spam and is not used for anything else.
A submitted form goes to our own automation environment, which turns it into an e-mail and records the request or report in our own CRM and service desk environment (Odoo). Our business e-mail runs through Microsoft 365. Processing agreements are in place with these parties, and the environments run on servers within the European Union.
We do not pass your data to others, except where that is necessary to handle your request or where the law obliges us to. If you get Lijnrecht through a telecom partner or IT service provider, we may share your report with that party — they know your environment.
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising scripts and loads no fonts, images or scripts from third parties. Everything sits in the page itself. So no cookie banner is needed — and you will not find one here.
The application behind app.lijnrecht.app does use a cookie, purely to remember that you are signed in. That is a necessary functional cookie; without it you cannot stay signed in.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Send a request to privacy@arictadm.nl; we respond within one month. If we cannot resolve it together, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
If your question concerns the directory, your availability or your reports inside Lijnrecht, that request runs through your own organisation — see below.
That is a different story. The directory, the call history, the visitor registration and a customer's tickets are that customer's data. The customer organisation is the controller for it and we are the processor, on the basis of a processing agreement. Every customer has their own, fully separated environment.
Three things that come up often: visitor data is cleaned up automatically after thirty days; the AI assistant in the app receives only the question asked and the general help texts — no names, numbers or tickets from the customer's environment; and an employee's personal pinboard is private, including from an administrator at their own organisation. If an employee connects their pinboard to Microsoft To Do, they grant that permission themselves and Lijnrecht writes only into their own task list.
The full privacy statement of AR ICT & Telecom B.V. — covering the platform, the Lijnrecht VOIP mobile app, the telephony service and the division of roles between us, your organisation and any partner — is at arictadm.nl/privacy (in Dutch).
If anything changes in how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top moves with it.
